TERMS & CONDITIONS
Ambassador Program Description:

The NexGenT Ambassador Program (“The program”) is administered by NexGenT Inc. The program will grant cash commissions for each user referred into the the platform.
Eligibility:
In order to be eligible you must be at least 18 years old and have to agree with this terms.

How to earn:
The ambassador provide will provide two different ways to earn – Commissions based on the ambassador enrolments and Commissions earned from the ambassadors team enrolments.
Ambassador Enrollments
Members can earn $500/$750/$1000 (depending on the tier they are in) if a referred user clicks on their referral link to apply to the Zero to Engineer Program and then after being contacted by NexGenT Admissions team, enrolls into our main program: Full Stack Network Engineer + Cyber Security Accelerator.
The referring member will be notified by email when the referred user completes the process.
All potential referrals are subject to verification by the NexGenT Inc, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters.
Ambassadors Team Enrollments
Instead of enrolling users themselves, ambassadors can decide to hire ambassadors for their team and earn commissions based on their team performance. For each enrolment one team member does, the ambassador will earn a small commission – $100/$150/$200 (depending on the tier they are in)
Tiers Explained:
There are 3 different tiers on the ambassador program that will get access to the user to different cash commissions. Ambassadors will start the program on Tier 1 and we’ll be able to progress to Tier 2 and Tier 3 if they perform well. The performance of each ambassador is evaluated at the beginning of each month, then the ambassador will level up or level down on the tier staircase.
Tier 1
1 – 4 Monthly Deals
$500 – Commission
$100 – Ambassadors Team Commission
Tier 2
+5 Monthly Deals
$750 – Commission
$150 – Ambassadors Team Commission
Tier 3
+10 Monthly Deals
$1000 – Commission
$200 – Ambassadors Team Commission
Withdrawing Balance:
Once earned, balance can be withdrawn via the NexGenT platform. To withdraw your balance you should go to the ambassador program tab on your profile and click the Withdraw button inside the “Your Balance” box, choose how you would like to withdraw, Paypal or Check by mail and confirm. A withdraw request will be created and once approved, you’ll receive your payment via the selected method. If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your balance, please contact us. NexGenT may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding your balance. All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at NexGenT’s sole discretion.
Sharing Referral Links:
Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referral links should not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia) or on blogs. Members are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. This includes mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral link. Members are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral links.
Multiple Referrals:
A referred user may only use one referral link. If a referred user receives referral links from multiple Members, only the Member associated with the referral link actually used by the referred user will receive the commission on his wallet.
Severability:
If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination and Changes:
NexGenT may suspend or terminate the Program or a user’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove balance if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the NexGenT Terms of Service or Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming your balance can change at any time.
Updates to the Terms:
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Nexgent.com website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
General Conditions:
NexGenT Inc reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the the referral program, or any part of it, if any fraud, or other factor beyond the NexGenT Inc’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the program, as determined by NexGenT Inc in its sole discretion. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the referral program may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, NexGenT Inc reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
